Section 01

What Is Fig Group? The MSP Compliance Platform, Not Financial Institutions Group

Fig Group brings together a compliance and security platform for managed service providers (MSPs) with separately delivered specialist services. An MSP can oversee multiple clients, organise evidence, track risks and remediation, and report progress from the platform.

Section 02

How an MSP uses the platform

The Fig Group MSP offering supports client workspaces, portfolio oversight and agreed monitoring integrations. An MSP can use the platform alongside its existing tools and agree with each client who collects evidence, approves changes and follows up findings. Monitoring coverage and refresh intervals depend on the connected systems and the agreed scope; a dashboard is not a certificate or a promise of real-time coverage for every control.

The platform supports workflows across frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Framework support helps organise readiness work; it does not mean Fig Group issues every associated certification. Our monitoring guide explains data freshness and remediation ownership in more detail.

Section 03

Where certification fits

Fig Technology Ltd provides the software. Fig Compliance Ltd delivers Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus and Defence Cyber Certification Level 0 and Level 1 assessments under the relevant IASME licences. Certification is a separate assessment subject to scheme requirements. The published six-working-hour Cyber Essentials Basic guarantee applies to complete, compliant submissions received before midday UK time on a UK business day; clarification and remediation are excluded. Plus and Defence Cyber Certification have separate assessment schedules.

The platform can also organise compliance and security evidence for a customer to share with a broker or insurer. Fig Group does not provide or arrange insurance.

The name Fig Group does not mean Financial Institutions Group, the investment banking term. That distinction concerns what we do, not who may be a client: we also serve organisations in financial services. Read about our companies or explore the MSP service.
